From demo to live in under an hour. Then 3–4 months of patience.
A clear, step-by-step guide for joining the TechnoTrader signals — opening a demo account at ICTrading, watching the system in real markets, then transitioning to a live MQL5 subscription. Everything runs on standard, transparent infrastructure used by thousands of MQL5 signal subscribers globally.
Two phases — one straight line.
Nice Trader OÜ is the operator. As founder, I (Aller Uja) handle the technical setup during the demo phase — then you transition to MQL5 Signals and become a self-directed subscriber. The signal logic is identical in both phases; only the hosting arrangement changes.
Test in your own name
3–4 months · Hosted setup
- You open a demo account at ICTrading in your name
- You send the master password — required for EA execution on the demo account
- I configure the standard EA on dedicated infrastructure near the broker's data centre
- You watch real-time on your own MetaTrader 5 — every trade, every stop
- No real money at stake — demo capital is virtual
Self-directed via MQL5
Open-ended · MQL5 subscription
- You open a funded ICTrading live account
- You set up a VPS for 24/5 terminal uptime
- You subscribe directly to the TechnoTrader signal on MQL5
- Copy-trading runs through MQL5's platform — I never see your live account
- Standard, transparent infrastructure used globally
This is a technical setup service — not investment advice, not portfolio management, and not the brokerage of financial instruments. Nice Trader OÜ does not hold an Estonian Financial Supervisory Authority (Finantsinspektsioon) licence. The same EA configuration runs identically on every test-period client's demo account; it is not tailored to your individual financial situation. All trading decisions and risks remain with you, and you may withdraw your authorisation at any time.
Six steps. Most take minutes.
Click any step to expand. The full details — including FAQs, troubleshooting, and edge cases — are in the downloadable PDF manual.
The first real technical step. You open a demo account at ICTrading in your own name (or your company's). Always use the partner link — it gives you 25–40% lower commissions for the lifetime of the account.
The form asks for standard details: name, address, ID number, contact info. KYC is required (standard for any regulated broker). For corporate accounts, also commercial register data. ICTrading emails you the demo account number, password, and server name immediately.
Privacy: demo credentials only access the demo account. I never need your live account password.
If you plan to start live with €2,000, set the demo to €2,000 — not €100,000 (which some platforms set by default). Otherwise you can't see how the system actually behaves at your scale.
- €500 — works with Swing or Active signals
- €1,000 — minimum for the flagship Long Term signal
- €2,000 — recommended scale, especially for Growth signal
- €5,000+ — Long Term + Growth combination, let's discuss
If you're not sure, choose Techno Long Term. Longest live track record (since September 2024), proven across multiple market regimes.
ICTrading issues two passwords: a master password (full access) and an investor password (view-only). I need the master password for the EA to trade — the investor password only allows viewing, not execution. Why this is safe in the demo phase: the demo account holds virtual capital (no real money at stake), ICTrading does not offer deposit/withdrawal on demo accounts, and you can revoke my access at any moment by changing the password. In the live phase I never see your account credentials at all — copying runs through the MQL5 platform.
What to send:
- Account number (from ICTrading email)
- Master password (look for "master password" in the ICTrading confirmation email)
- Server name (e.g. ICTrading-Demo01)
- Selected signal (Long Term, Growth, etc.)
Channels: Telegram @TechnoTrader28 (preferred) or info@technotrader.net. Never use SMS or public forums.
Client acknowledgement: by sending credentials, you confirm you understand this is a technical setup service (not investment advice), Nice Trader OÜ does not hold an FI licence, the same EA configuration runs identically for all clients, and you can withdraw your authorisation at any time.
I install and connect the EA on dedicated infrastructure near ICTrading's data centre — low latency, minimal slippage, 24/5 uptime. The same standard EA configuration runs identically on every test-period client's account; lot sizes scale automatically to your account size.
The system goes live and starts monitoring the market. The first trade may open the same evening or within a few days — depending on market conditions. The system waits for its entry signal; it doesn't open trades just to "do something".
You'll get a confirmation message when everything is running. After that, you can monitor everything in real time on your own MetaTrader 5 platform.
Track:
- Behaviour across market regimes (volatility, calm, macro news)
- Drawdown — how deep, how the system recovers
- Trade count and distribution (Long Term = fewer, Active = more)
- Month-over-month consistency of patterns
Don't track:
- Each individual trade — wins and losses are part of the system
- Daily PnL — one day says nothing
- "Will a trade open today?" — the system waits for its signal
- One month's result — that's noise
Realistic expectations: 1–5% per month, sustained over years. Compounding does the rest. Anyone promising 50%/month is a scammer.
When you're ready to go live:
- 6.1 — Open a live account at ICTrading (no full new KYC if demo already open)
- 6.2 — Make a deposit (1–3 days for bank transfer, often instant for cards)
- 6.3 — Set up a VPS for 24/5 terminal uptime (ForexVPS partner link)
- 6.4 — Subscribe to the TechnoTrader signal on my MQL5 seller profile
- 6.5 — Close the demo (or keep it as a control account)
From this point onwards, copy-trading runs entirely through MQL5's platform. I do not need any access to your live account.
Spreads, slippage, liquidity on live are essentially identical to demo at ICTrading — one of the reasons I recommend this broker.
Transparent pricing.
Every cost is here. No hidden fees, no performance-based charges, no commitments beyond what's listed. The largest savings come from the broker partner link — not from hosting.

Quick answers.
The full FAQ is in the downloadable PDF manual. Below: the questions that come up most.
You do. The broker account is opened in your name, funds are held by the regulated broker (not by Nice Trader OÜ), and you keep full deposit and withdrawal rights at all times. Nice Trader OÜ never takes custody of client funds.
During the demo phase: no — the EA is hosted on dedicated infrastructure on my side.
During the live phase: yes. MQL5 Signal Subscription requires your MT4/MT5 terminal to stay online 24/5 to copy trades. A VPS is the standard solution.
Depends on the signal. Techno Long Term: from €1,000. Techno Growth: recommended €2,000. Techno Swing and Active: from €500. Each signal's MQL5 profile lists the precise minimum.
No. Nice Trader OÜ does not hold an Estonian Financial Supervisory Authority (Finantsinspektsioon) licence. The TechnoTrader brand offers a technical setup service during the demo phase and public signal disclosure via MQL5 in the live phase. This is not investment advice or portfolio management. Nothing on this page constitutes investment advice.
Yes, at any time, no reason needed. To stop: notify me via Telegram or email, and I'll disconnect the EA immediately. You can also change the master password yourself in ICTrading at any moment, which instantly cuts my access. The demo account holds no real money — even from the moment of password change there is no risk.
The decision is always yours. If after 3–4 months you decide this isn't for you — close the demo, don't open a live account, and you've only spent the hosting cost (€72–88). We part on good terms and can always reconnect later.
Nice Trader OÜ is the data controller. Legal basis for processing: contract performance (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Demo credentials are stored only as long as the service relationship requires and deleted within 30 days of termination. You have rights of access, rectification, erasure (Art. 17), and data portability (Art. 20). Contact info@technotrader.net for any data-related request.
