You are buying from Nice Trader OÜ, registry code 17081994, VAT EE102863750, Tallinn, Estonia, trading as TechnoTrader. We are the seller of the software and we license it to you, and the licence agreement is between you and us. The payment itself runs through Stripe as merchant of record: Stripe takes the money, charges and remits the VAT or sales tax that is due in your country, and handles refunds, card disputes and payment questions. Your tax invoice comes from Link, LLC, the Stripe company that is merchant of record here, and it carries their EU OSS VAT number. The order appears on it under our name, TechnoTrader. That is about the payment, not about the software: the product, the licence and the support for it stay ours. What the licence allowsMida litsents lubab
You get a personal, non-exclusive right to run the software on your own MetaTrader 5 trading accounts. One purchase covers up to ten account numbers at a time, and you may run it on as many computers as you like. A lifetime licence has no end date. A rent licence works until the date in the key and then stops.Sa saad isikliku, mitteainuõigusliku õiguse jooksutada tarkvara oma MetaTrader 5 kauplemiskontodel. Üks ost katab korraga kuni kümme konto numbrit ja sa võid seda jooksutada nii mitmes arvutis, kui soovid. Eluaegsel litsentsil ei ole lõppkuupäeva. The software is a digital product delivered immediately, and a full free demo runs in your own Strategy Tester before you pay, so we ask you to use it. If a purchase is wrong for you, write within 14 days of buying and we refund it, provided the key has not been used on a live account. If the software does not do what this site says it does, we refund it regardless of that condition. Trading losses are not a reason for a refund, and no honest seller could offer that.Tarkvara on digitaalne toode, mis toimetatakse kohe kätte, ja täielik tasuta demo jookseb sinu enda Strategy Testeris enne maksmist, seega palume seda kasutada. As a consumer buying at a distance inside the EU you have a right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. Digital content is the exception: the right ends once delivery has begun with your consent. Delivery begins the moment your payment clears, and your key is issued at that same moment if you gave your account number, or when you give it. By completing the checkout you ask us to deliver immediately and you acknowledge that your withdrawal right ends at that moment. We do not rely on that. Clause 6 gives you 14 days anyway, on the single condition that the key has not been used on a live account, and it gives you a refund with no conditions at all if the software does not do what this site says.EL-i tarbijana on sul kauglepingu puhul õigus 14 päeva jooksul ostust taganeda, põhjust nimetamata. We do not run a customer database. Your order lives with Stripe, who took the payment, and the MT5 account numbers you give are kept with that order so a key can be re-issued. Your licence key is not stored as part of a sale: it is computed from the product, your account number and the expiry, so the same three inputs always produce the same key. The one exception is a key we issue or reissue by hand, where we keep a single line about that case on a company machine, and our privacy notice says exactly what is in it. We do not sell anything to anyone and we do not send unrelated marketing. What we hold and how to have it removed is set out in our privacy notice.Kliendibaasi meil ei ole.
