These terms govern your use of the TechnoTrader website (technotrader.net), its content, and software obtained directly from it. TechnoTrader is a brand operated by Nice Trader OÜ, an Estonian legal entity (Commercial Register 17081994, VAT EE102863750, LEI 6488HT10Z91OQ3PO8252, registered at Ranniku tee 48b-13, Tallinn 12113, Harju maakond, Estonia).
By accessing this website you agree to these terms, and by obtaining software from it you agree to them as the terms of that purchase. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Sections 4 to 9 deal specifically with software obtained directly from this site. Sections 11, 13 and 14 apply to that software as well. If you got the same product on the MQL5 Market, MQL5's own terms apply to that purchase instead.
Nothing on this site constitutes investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Trading leveraged financial instruments carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for every investor. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.
1. What TechnoTrader is, and what it is not
TechnoTrader sells downloadable software for the MetaTrader 5 platform: Expert Advisors, which are automated strategy programs, and risk-management utilities. You install them on your own broker account and you run them yourself. They are sold as one-time lifetime licences or as fixed-term rentals, and some of the tools are free. Some of the same products are also published on the MQL5 Market.
Separately from that, we publish the live performance of our own trading systems and make them available to subscribers through third-party platforms (MQL5 Signals, SignalStart, Darwinex, and similar services). Subscribers copy these signals to their own brokerage accounts, opened in their own name and under their full control, and can unsubscribe at any time.
TechnoTrader is not a broker, investment advisor, fund manager, or regulated financial institution. We do not hold client funds. We do not provide personalised investment advice. All trading takes place in accounts held by you with your chosen broker.
2. Risk warning
Trading foreign exchange, CFDs, commodities, indices, and other leveraged financial instruments carries a high level of risk and may result in the loss of your invested capital. Leverage can work against you as well as for you. You should not invest money you cannot afford to lose.
Past performance is not indicative of future results. The live track record displayed on third-party platforms reflects historical performance. Future results may differ materially. Any algorithmic trading system may fail or underperform if market conditions change beyond its operating range.
3. Third-party platforms
Subscriptions to our signals, and any related trading activity, take place on third-party platforms. Those platforms have their own terms of service, pricing, and limitations, which apply independently of these terms. The same is true of the MQL5 Market: a product obtained there is obtained under MQL5's terms, not ours. You are responsible for reviewing and accepting the terms of any platform you use.
Software obtained directly from this site is a different matter. Sections 4 to 9 below deal with it specifically, and sections 11, 13 and 14 apply to it as well.
4. Buying software from this site
When you obtain software from technotrader.net, the seller and the licensor is Nice Trader OÜ. The licence agreement is between you and us, and the product, the licence and the support for it stay ours.
The payment runs through Stripe, which acts as merchant of record. Stripe takes the money, charges and remits the VAT or sales tax due in your country, issues your tax invoice, and handles refunds, card disputes and payment questions. You receive a proper tax invoice for the purchase, issued in your own language by Link, LLC, 354 Oyster Point Boulevard, South San Francisco, California 94080, United States, under their EU OSS VAT number EU440000220. Your order appears on it under our name, TechnoTrader. That document concerns the payment, not the software licence. Nice Trader OÜ does not issue a second invoice of its own, and does not need to: the one you get is the tax invoice for the transaction.
Payment methods at the checkout include card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay), Link, and Cash App Pay. Stripe may offer others. What you are shown depends on your device and your country, so the list you actually see at the checkout may differ from this one.
Some of our tools are free of charge. Sections 5 and 9 describe a paid purchase and do not apply to them. The rest of sections 4 to 9 applies to every product we supply, paid or free.

5. Prices, currency and tax
Prices on this site are in US dollars and that is the currency you are charged in. They are shown excluding VAT. Tax is added at Stripe's checkout where it is due, so the amount you confirm there is higher than the amount on the product page. An Estonian consumer sees 24% added.
If you are buying as a VAT-registered business, tick the business box at the checkout and enter your VAT number, and the reverse charge applies.
Euro figures shown on this site are converted at the day's rate as a guide only. Your own bank sets the rate it actually uses and may add its own conversion fee.
Any volume discount is calculated at the checkout from what is in your basket and from what you have already bought from us.
Nothing renews by itself. A rented licence is a single payment for one period. When the period ends the key stops working and nothing is charged again. If you want the next period, you buy it.
6. Delivery and your licence key
The checkout has a field for your MetaTrader 5 account number, and it is optional. If you fill it in, then as soon as your payment clears you are returned to a page on this site that already carries your licence key and the download of the file. If you leave it empty, or if the number is not accepted, you still get the file, and you can type the number on that same page later, which issues the key there and then. If that does not work, write to us from the address you paid with and we issue the key by hand, by reply. Apart from that one case nothing sends the key by e-mail, and it is never on your receipt. Your tax invoice arrives separately, by e-mail.
A key is issued for one MetaTrader 5 account number and it works on that account only. One purchase covers up to ten account numbers at a time, one key per number, and a key already issued keeps working when the next one is added. To add a number, send it to info@technotrader.net and we issue the next key at no cost. Changing broker or opening another account is normal and expected, not a favour.
Keep the file, and keep the link to the page you were returned to. The download link keeps working, and opening that page again shows the same key. The link is yours alone. Anyone who has it can see what it shows, so do not pass it on.
When we release a new version we replace the file behind the same download link, and your key keeps working across versions. There is no mailing list and no fixed update schedule. When a version matters we say so on the product page.
What happens to the details you enter at the checkout, including your MetaTrader 5 account number, is described in our privacy notice.
7. What your licence allows, and what it does not
You get a personal, non-exclusive right to run the software on your own MetaTrader 5 trading accounts, on as many computers as you like. A lifetime licence has no end date. A rented licence works until the date written into the key and then stops.
You may not resell, rent out, publish, share or redistribute the file or your key. You may not decompile it or attempt to remove the licence check. You may not sell a signal or a managed account whose whole product is this software running on your side, unless we have agreed that with you in writing first.
8. What the software does not do
The software is a tool that you run yourself. It does not manage your money, and we never have access to your broker account, your funds, or your trading terminal. It does not give investment advice. It does not promise, guarantee or target any return, and no figure published on this site is a forecast. You choose the risk settings and you carry the outcome.
Every performance figure we publish is a measurement of the past.
9. Refunds, and your 14-day withdrawal right
A full free demo of every product runs in your own MetaTrader 5 Strategy Tester before you pay, with no licence key at all, and we ask you to use it.
If a purchase turns out to be wrong for you, write to info@technotrader.net within 14 days of buying and we refund it, provided the key has not been used on a live account. If the software does not do what this site says it does, we refund it regardless of that condition. Trading losses are not a reason for a refund, and no honest seller could offer that. We arrange the refund through Stripe, which as merchant of record returns the money to the method you paid with.
As a consumer buying at a distance in the European Union you also have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. Digital content is the exception to that right: it ends once delivery has begun with your consent. Delivery begins as soon as your payment clears: the file becomes available to you, and your key is issued at the same moment if you gave your account number, or at the moment you give it. So before you are sent to the checkout we ask you to confirm that you want immediate delivery and that you understand your statutory withdrawal right ends when it is delivered. We do not rely on that. The 14-day refund described above applies either way.
10. Use of the website
You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You will not: (a) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, (b) use automated systems to scrape or collect data from the site in a manner that exceeds normal browsing, (c) introduce malicious code, or (d) use the content of this site to create derivative or competing services.
11. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, code, and the TechnoTrader brand, is the property of Nice Trader OÜ or its licensors. You may view and share the content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use requires our prior written permission.
The software we sell is licensed to you, not sold to you. Ownership of it stays with Nice Trader OÜ, and what you may do with it is set out in section 7.
12. Affiliate and partner links
The Tools & Partners section of this site contains links to third-party services. Some of these are partner links, which may provide us with a commission at no additional cost to you. Our editorial position on each partner is based on our own use of the service, not on the commission. Full disclosure is available in the Affiliate Disclosure section on the Platforms page.
13. No warranties
This website and all content on it are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or accurate. We do not warrant any specific trading performance, return, or outcome.
The software is provided as it is, and we do not warrant that it will run without interruption or error on every broker, every terminal and every market condition. This does not affect the refund in section 9, and it does not affect the rights that Estonian and European Union consumer law give you.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nice Trader OÜ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of this website, from your use of software obtained from us, or from trading based on information published here. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, trading losses, data loss, or business interruption.
For any claim connected to a product you obtained from us, our total liability is limited to what you paid for that product.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, and nothing in them takes away the rights that consumer law gives you.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of this page for a reasonable period. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. A purchase is governed by the terms that were on this page on the day you bought.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Estonia.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.
A consumer can also take a complaint to the Consumer Disputes Committee at the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority.

Veebisaidile sisenedes nõustud sa nende tingimustega ja sellelt saidilt tarkvara saades nõustud nendega kui selle ostu tingimustega. Kui sa ei nõustu, palun saiti mitte kasutada.

1. Mis TechnoTrader on ja mis mitte
TechnoTrader müüb allalaaditavat tarkvara MetaTrader 5 platvormile: Expert Advisoreid, mis on automaatsed strateegiaprogrammid, ja riskihalduse tööriistu. Sa paigaldad need oma maaklerikontole ja jooksutad neid ise. Neid müüakse kas ühekordse eluaegse litsentsina või tähtajalise rendina ning osa tööriistu on tasuta. Osa samu tooteid on avaldatud ka MQL5 Marketis.
Sellest eraldi avaldame oma kauplemissüsteemide live-tulemusi ja teeme need tellijatele kättesaadavaks läbi kolmandate osapoolte platvormide (MQL5 Signals, SignalStart, Darwinex ja sarnased teenused). Tellijad kopeerivad need signaalid oma maaklerikontole, mis on avatud nende enda nimel ja on täielikult nende kontrolli all, ning saavad tellimuse igal ajal lõpetada.
TechnoTrader ei ole maakler, investeerimisnõustaja, fondihaldur ega reguleeritud finantsasutus. Me ei hoia klientide raha. Me ei paku personaalset investeerimisnõu. Kogu kauplemine toimub sinu kontodel, mis on sinu valitud maakleri juures.
2. Riskihoiatus
Valuutade, CFD-de, toorainete, indeksite ja teiste finantsvõimendusega instrumentidega kauplemine on kõrge riskitasemega ja võib põhjustada investeeritud kapitali kaotuse. Võimendus võib töötada sinu vastu sama palju kui sinu kasuks. Sa ei peaks investeerima raha, mida sa ei saa endale lubada kaotada.
Varasem tulemuslikkus ei ole viide tulevaste tulemuste kohta. Kolmandate osapoolte platvormidel kuvatav live-ajalugu peegeldab ajaloolist tulemuslikkust. Tulevased tulemused võivad oluliselt erineda. Iga algoritmiline kauplemissüsteem võib ebaõnnestuda või alatoota, kui turuolud muutuvad väljaspool selle töödiapasooni.
3. Kolmandate osapoolte platvormid
Meie signaalide tellimused ja seotud kauplemistegevus toimuvad kolmandate osapoolte platvormidel. Nendel platvormidel on oma kasutustingimused, hinnastamine ja piirangud, mis kehtivad sõltumatult neist tingimustest. Sama kehtib MQL5 Marketi kohta: sealt saadud toode on saadud MQL5 tingimuste alusel, mitte meie omade alusel. Sa oled vastutav iga kasutatava platvormi tingimuste ülevaatamise ja aktsepteerimise eest.
Otse sellelt saidilt saadud tarkvara on eraldi asi. Allpool olevad punktid 4 kuni 9 käivad eraldi selle kohta ja punktid 11, 13 ja 14 kehtivad selle kohta samuti.
4. Tarkvara ostmine sellelt saidilt
Kui sa saad tarkvara aadressilt technotrader.net, on müüja ja litsentsiandja Nice Trader OÜ. Litsentsileping on sinu ja meie vahel ning toode, litsents ja selle tugi jäävad meie omaks.
Makse käib Stripe'i kaudu, kes on selle juures merchant of record. Stripe võtab raha vastu, arvestab ja tasub sinu riigis tasumisele kuuluva käibemaksu või müügimaksu, väljastab maksuarve ning tegeleb tagastuste, kaardivaidluste ja makseküsimustega. Sa saad ostu kohta päris maksuarve, sinu enda keeles, väljastajaks Link, LLC, 354 Oyster Point Boulevard, South San Francisco, California 94080, Ameerika Ühendriigid, nende EL-i OSS käibemaksunumbri EU440000220 all. Sinu tellimus on seal meie nime all, TechnoTrader. See dokument käib makse, mitte tarkvaralitsentsi kohta. 5. Hinnad, valuuta ja maks
Selle saidi hinnad on USA dollarites ja just selles valuutas sinult võetakse. Need on näidatud ilma käibemaksuta. Maks lisatakse Stripe'i kassas seal, kus see kuulub tasumisele, seega summa, mille sa kassas kinnitad, on tootelehel olevast suurem. Eesti tarbija näeb lisatuna 24%.
Kui ostad käibemaksukohustuslasest ettevõttena, märgi kassas ettevõtte kastike ja sisesta oma KMKR number, siis kehtib pöördmaksustamine.
Saidil näidatud eurosummad on teisendatud päeva kursiga ja on ainult juhiseks. Sinu enda pank määrab kursi, mida ta tegelikult kasutab, ja võib lisada oma teisendustasu.
Koguse soodustus arvutatakse kassas sinu ostukorvi põhjal ja selle põhjal, mida sa oled meilt varem ostnud.
Miski ei uuene ise. Rendilitsents on ühekordne makse ühe perioodi eest. Kui periood lõpeb, lakkab võti töötamast ja midagi uuesti ei võeta. Kui tahad järgmist perioodi, siis ostad selle.
6. Üleandmine ja sinu litsentsivõti
Kassas on lahter sinu MetaTrader 5 konto numbri jaoks ja see on vabatahtlik. Kui sa selle täidad, suunatakse sind kohe pärast makse laekumist tagasi selle saidi lehele, kus on juba sinu litsentsivõti ja faili allalaadimine. Kui jätad lahtri tühjaks või kui numbrit vastu ei võeta, saad faili ikkagi kätte ning võid numbri hiljem samal lehel sisestada, mis väljastab võtme kohe seal. Kui see ei õnnestu, kirjuta meile aadressilt, millega maksid, ja me väljastame võtme käsitsi, vastuskirjaga. Peale selle ühe juhu ei saada miski võtit e-postiga ja kviitungil teda kunagi ei ole. Maksuarve tuleb eraldi, e-postiga.
Võti väljastatakse ühele MetaTrader 5 konto numbrile ja töötab ainult sellel kontol. Üks ost katab korraga kuni kümme konto numbrit, üks võti numbri kohta, ja juba väljastatud võti töötab järgmise lisamisel edasi. Numbri lisamiseks saada see aadressile info@technotrader.net ja me väljastame järgmise võtme tasuta. Maakleri vahetus või uue konto avamine on tavaline ja oodatud, mitte teene.
Hoia fail alles ja hoia alles ka link lehele, kuhu sind tagasi suunati. Allalaadimise link töötab edasi ja seda lehte uuesti avades näed sama võtit. Link on ainult sinu oma. Igaüks, kelle käes see on, näeb seda, mida see näitab, seega ära anna seda edasi.
Kui me anname välja uue versiooni, vahetame faili sama allalaadimislingi taga välja ja sinu võti töötab versioonide vahetusel edasi. Postiloendit ega kindlat uuendusgraafikut ei ole. Kui mõni versioon on oluline, ütleme seda tootelehel.

7. Mida litsents lubab ja mida ei luba
Sa saad isikliku, mitteainuõigusliku õiguse jooksutada tarkvara oma MetaTrader 5 kauplemiskontodel ja nii mitmes arvutis, kui soovid. Eluaegsel litsentsil ei ole lõppkuupäeva. Rendilitsents töötab kuni võtmesse kirjutatud kuupäevani ja siis lõpeb.
Sa ei tohi faili ega oma võtit edasi müüa, välja rentida, avaldada, jagada ega levitada. Sa ei tohi seda dekompileerida ega üritada litsentsikontrolli eemaldada. Sa ei tohi müüa signaali ega hallatavat kontot, mille kogu sisu on see tarkvara sinu poolel jooksmas, kui me ei ole seda sinuga enne kirjalikult kokku leppinud.
8. Mida tarkvara ei tee
Tarkvara on tööriist, mida sa ise jooksutad. See ei halda sinu raha ja meil ei ole kunagi ligipääsu sinu maaklerikontole, sinu rahale ega sinu kauplemisterminalile. See ei anna investeerimisnõu. See ei luba, ei garanteeri ega sea eesmärgiks ühtegi tootlust ja ükski sellel saidil avaldatud number ei ole prognoos. Sina valid riskiseaded ja sina kannad tulemuse.
Iga tulemusnumber, mille me avaldame, on mineviku mõõtmine.
9. Tagastus ja sinu 14-päevane taganemisõigus
Iga toote täielik tasuta demo jookseb sinu enda MetaTrader 5 Strategy Testeris enne maksmist, ilma igasuguse litsentsivõtmeta, ja me palume sul seda kasutada.
Kui ost osutub sulle valeks, kirjuta 14 päeva jooksul ostust aadressile info@technotrader.net ja me maksame raha tagasi, tingimusel et võtit ei ole elaval kontol kasutatud. Kui tarkvara ei tee seda, mida see sait ütleb, maksame tagasi sõltumata sellest tingimusest. Kauplemiskahjum ei ole tagastuse põhjus ja ükski aus müüja ei saaks seda pakkuda. Tagastuse korraldame Stripe'i kaudu, kes merchant of recordina saadab raha tagasi sellele maksevahendile, millega sa maksid.
Euroopa Liidu tarbijana on sul kauglepingu puhul lisaks seadusjärgne õigus 14 päeva jooksul ostust taganeda, põhjust nimetamata. Digitaalne sisu on sellest õigusest erand: see lõpeb hetkel, kui üleandmine on sinu nõusolekul alanud. Üleandmine algab kohe, kui makse läbi läheb: fail saab sulle kättesaadavaks ja võti väljastatakse samal hetkel, kui sa konto numbri andsid, või siis, kui sa selle annad. Seega palume sul enne kassasse suunamist kinnitada, et sa soovid kohest üleandmist ja et sa mõistad, et sinu seadusjärgne taganemisõigus lõpeb üleandmise hetkel. Meie sellele ei tugine. Ülalkirjeldatud 14-päevane tagastus kehtib mõlemal juhul.
10. Veebisaidi kasutamine
Sa nõustud kasutama seda veebisaiti ainult seaduslikel eesmärkidel. Sa ei: (a) püüa saada volitamata ligipääsu saidi mis tahes osale, (b) kasuta automaatseid süsteeme saidilt andmete kogumiseks viisil, mis ületab normaalset sirvimist, (c) too sisse pahatahtlikku koodi ega (d) kasuta saidi sisu, et luua tuletis- või konkureerivaid teenuseid.
11. Intellektuaalomand
Kogu saidi sisu, sealhulgas tekst, graafika, kood ja TechnoTraderi bränd, on Nice Trader OÜ või selle litsentsiandjate omand. Sa võid sisu vaadata ja jagada isiklikel, mitteärilistel eesmärkidel. Muuks kasutuseks on vaja meie eelnevat kirjalikku luba.
Tarkvara, mida me müüme, on sulle litsentsitud, mitte müüdud. Selle omand jääb Nice Trader OÜ-le ja see, mida sa sellega teha võid, on kirjas punktis 7.
12. Partner- ja sidusprogrammide lingid
Saidi Tööriistad & Partnerid sektsioon sisaldab linke kolmandate osapoolte teenustele. Mõned neist on partnerlingid, mis võivad meile anda komisjonitasu ilma sinu lisakuluta. Meie toimetuslik seisukoht iga partneri kohta põhineb meie enda teenuse kasutamisel, mitte komisjonitasul. Täielik avalikustamine on saadaval Partnerlinkide avalikustamise sektsioonis platvormide lehel.
13. Garantiide puudumine
See veebisait ja kogu selle sisu on esitatud "nii nagu on", ilma mis tahes otseste või kaudsete garantiideta. Me ei garanteeri, et sait on katkestustevaba, veatu ega et selle teave on täielik või täpne. Me ei garanteeri ühtegi konkreetset kauplemistulemust, tootlust ega tulemit.
Tarkvara antakse sellisena, nagu see on, ja me ei garanteeri, et see jookseb katkestuste ja vigadeta iga maakleri, iga terminali ja iga turuolu juures. See ei mõjuta punktis 9 kirjeldatud tagastust ega õigusi, mille annab sulle Eesti ja Euroopa Liidu tarbijaõigus.
14. Vastutuse piiramine
Seadusega maksimaalselt lubatud ulatuses ei vastuta Nice Trader OÜ mis tahes otseste, kaudsete, juhuslike, tulenevate või eriliste kahjude eest, mis tulenevad selle veebisaidi kasutamisest, meilt saadud tarkvara kasutamisest või siin avaldatud teabe alusel kauplemisest. See hõlmab muu hulgas saamata jäänud tulu, kauplemiskahju, andmekao või äritegevuse katkestamise.
Iga meilt saadud tootega seotud nõude puhul on meie vastutus kokku piiratud sellega, mille sa selle toote eest maksid.
Miski nendes tingimustes ei välista vastutust, mida ei saa seadusega välistada, ega võta ära õigusi, mille annab sulle tarbijaõigus.
15. Nende tingimuste muudatused
Võime neid tingimusi aeg-ajalt uuendada. Olulised muudatused on mõistliku aja jooksul selle lehe ülaosas esile tõstetud. Sinu saidi jätkuv kasutamine pärast muudatuste postitamist kujutab endast uuendatud tingimustega nõustumist. Ostu suhtes kehtivad need tingimused, mis olid sellel lehel ostu päeval.
16. Kohaldatav õigus ja vaidlused
Neid tingimusi reguleerib Eesti Vabariigi õigus. Kõik nendest tingimustest tulenevad või nendega seotud vaidlused esitatakse Eesti pädevatele kohtutele.
Kui sa oled tarbija Euroopa Liidus, ei võta see ära sinu elukohariigi kohustusliku tarbijaõiguse kaitset.
Tarbija saab kaebusega pöörduda ka tarbijavaidluste komisjoni poole Tarbijakaitse ja Tehnilise Järelevalve Ameti juures.
